As part of a motorcycle ministry, Gary Knick started baking his delicious cookies for his biker friends, which quickly earned him the road name "Cookieman". Our cookies are made in our home kitchen in Cherry Valley, California. Our kitchen is inspected and certified by Riverside County Department of Health (Permit #64328) and we adhere to all CFO guidelines and regulations.
